Engagement with Bright Path Systems services is restricted to authorized corporate liaisons. Unauthorized attempts to probe Bright Path Systems network silos will result in immediate termination of assets and legal notification for 2024 breaches.
All software patterns, hardware schemas, and cognitive models developed by Bright Path Systems remain the exclusive property of Bright Path Systems. Partners receive a non-transferable license to utilize specific Bright Path Systems silos for the duration of the contract.
Bright Path Systems strives for 99.99% availability. However, Bright Path Systems reserves the right to conduct scheduled infrastructure maintenance on our Thane mainframes. Bright Path Systems will provide 48-hour prior notification for all non-emergency hardening sessions.
Payments for Bright Path Systems technical services are due within 10 days of invoice generation. Bright Path Systems reserves the right to throttle cloud throughput for any account with an outstanding technical debt exceeding 30 days.
Bright Path Systems provides technical intelligence as-is. While Bright Path Systems employs rigorous validation, we are not liable for strategic business failures resulting from external market drift or unauthorized partner modifications to our Bright Path Systems silos.
Partners must not use Bright Path Systems bandwidth for: (a) Cryptomining; (b) Packet injection; (c) Reverse-engineering Bright Path Systems security kernels. Bright Path Systems utilizes automated guardians to detect and block such 2024 policy violations.
Bright Path Systems is exempt from SLA penalties in events of global internet outages, undersea cable fractures, or catastrophic regional disruptions impacting our Thane operational headquarters.
These terms constitute the final technical bond between the client and Bright Path Systems. Any deviation must be authorized in writing by a Lead Architect of Bright Path Systems.
