Bright Path Systems allows a 72-hour window for order cancellation post-authorization. Once Bright Path Systems engineers have initialized the cloud mainframe or hardware silo, a 25% provisioning fee becomes non-refundable.
Physical technical assets (servers, nodes, antennas) procured by Bright Path Systems are subject to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) policies. Bright Path Systems handles the logistics but does not guarantee a full reversal for custom 2024 hardware builds.
Once an engineering milestone (e.g., Code Hardening, Mainframe Sync) is validated by the partner, it is deemed delivered and non-refundable by Bright Path Systems.
Monthly support services by Bright Path Systems may be terminated with 30 days notice. Bright Path Systems does not provide pro-rata refunds for the remaining days in the active 2024 billing cycle.
Fees for cognitive analysis, roadmap development, and technical auditing conducted by Bright Path Systems are non-refundable once the final briefing is transmitted.
Disruptions caused by catastrophic external events do not trigger automatic refunds. Bright Path Systems will work with partners to re-establish technical silos as a priority at no additional engineering cost.
If a Bright Path Systems build contains a documented logic flaw, we will provide a technical credit towards your next enterprise service phase instead of a financial reversal.
Any financial disagreement with Bright Path Systems must be submitted via info@brightpathsystems.shop. Bright Path Systems commits to a 10-day 2024 internal review process before escalation.
